If you have placed an order and haven't gotten your email with download links:
An email with links is automatically sent when an order is placed. Sometimes people don't get the links email because of spam filters on their email service or in their email program. You can look in your spam folder to see if that is what happened, so you know to look there next time. Put me (digidoodlez@geusnet.com) in your safe senders list to prevent getting your links sent to the spam folder. You can also download the designs from your Account History.
You can download your order from your Account History
Just log into your account and download the designs from your order history page. There is a link on that page to download for 3 days after you place your order.

The problem is probably caused by your browser. If you are using an older browser you may not be able to complete your order. Internet Explorer 8 will not allow you to add designs to your shopping cart. You can try using another browser. If you don't have another browser and don't want to update the one you have, I can still help you. Click here and email me with a list of the designs you want and the format you use. I will send you a PayPal invoice and email the designs to you as soon as you pay the invoice.
